这家酒店超出了我们的预期，房间很干净，工作人员非常友好。距离几家餐馆和商店仅有几步之遥。非常靠近其他景点。我们的房间有我们需要的一切，包括迷你冰箱、水槽、银器、盘子和碗。大堂的公共区域有一台电脑可供使用。

这里真的很赞，我们是因为这里靠近海德公园（我们来看芭芭拉·斯特赖桑德
的演出）才住在这里的，不过酒店附近都很赞。图片上是从我们酒店看出去的景色，你可以看看这里的街道，真的很美。员工很乐于助人，房间宽敞舒适，唯一的缺点是酒店还可以粉刷地更好一些，不过酒店非常干净，设施也很齐全，在前台总是有热饮料可以免费拿，酒店也很关注垃圾回收问题。我下次会再来的。

Thank you for taking the time to write such a wonderful review. It’s great to know that you enjoyed the views from your room and you had a pleasant time during the entire duration of your stay. It is great to read you highlighted some of the best features of the hotel such as the the convenience in getting to other parts of London but also if guests want to explore the local area, they have a lot of options ranging from bars to restaurants etc. We are glad you liked the amenities of the room and our staff were delivered outstanding customer service.

我们有一间一居室的公寓，按伦敦的标准来看相当大。gloucetser公园站附近有一个很棒的洗衣店，酒店里的毛巾很干净，工作人员乐于助人，我们以后肯定还会住在那里。

我几乎在这个服务公寓住了两个星期，员工都很友好，永远都会以温暖的微笑问候。这个地方很舒服，尽管房间管家每周只来一次。前台接待处旁边的咖啡是免费的，但是品质很不错。我们要求推迟退房也得以满足，很满意这家服务公寓。唯一一个小的建议是，因为这个酒店是可以携带宠物的，所以晚上睡觉的时候我可以听到狗叫。除此之外，这里的所有东西都很完美。

Thank you for your feedback which I was delighted to receive. I am so pleased to hear you had such an enjoyable stay with us and how much you liked one of our rooms. Our location is ideal for getting around in the city, but the best part of the hotel is the staff. Thank you for recognizing their efforts! I have taken note of your comments about being pet friendly, and I sincerely apologise your sleep was interrupted. 最近我和我的家人在伦敦呆了9天。馨乐庭伦敦南肯西顿酒店对我们来说是一个很好的住处。环境很舒适，员工很乐于助人，水果很新鲜，热巧克力和咖啡是酒店的特色，特别好。
