Our location is perfect for sightseeing and getting around the city with easy links to the tubes and the fact that we are in walking distance to some of the museums and Harrods.
I have taken the time to investigate the matter to which you are referring to above. I can see that no error was made. The original credit card that was given went through for payment on one room in for full and for one night on the second room. Therefore the hotel charged the second card which we had on file for the remainder of the payment on that room.
If you can provide me with proof that both rooms were paid in full on the original card then I will be more than happy to rectify this for you. I believe that you have all of my details.
