预订的时候他们很拖拉，这让我怀疑我们是否应该住在这里。但我们的入住很顺利很愉快。他们竭尽全力地去满足我们的喜好和要求。特别是Callum和Soumaya。厨房设备齐全。浴室淋浴设计有点不方便，但可能是我个人的问题，而不是它的问题。位置非常好，有吃饭的地方、购物的地方和海德公园，可以直接走路去。

这是个很安全的酒店，电梯需要有房卡才能启动，其他酒店就没有。接待处在一楼使酒店更安全，套房很棒，质量不错。房间服务很有帮助。员工很友好，就像另一个家。我自己是个旅店老板，很满意这里的服务。肯定还会再来的！

We offer apartment-style suites which can accommodate business travellers as well as families as big as eight members, and so was very pleased to read that we had something that was suitable to your travelling needs.
