这是我在伦敦住过的第一家酒店 很舒服环境很安静。由于平台check out时间错误，导致我们check out时间晚了一个小时，很感谢Tamara ，Stella 替我们跟经理解释了实际情况，避免了不必要的损失。谢谢她们！下次来伦敦还要住这家酒店！！同时酒店还贴心的为我们提供行李寄存服务，让我们出行没有负担。这很贴心！酒店周边的环境也很好，离各大商圈很近，但不吵闹。离海德公园很近，很适合作为歇脚的地方！！！

这次酒店选择在伦敦的海德公园旁边，去公园就特别方便！！有2个公园哟！距离地铁站也特别方便，走路5分钟。前台的服务非常好，前台小姐姐超级友善～前台小姐姐超级友善～Tamara,Stelca, Easterna小姐姐，态度温和，服务周到.办理迅速，体贴搞卫生的姐姐也会询问什么时候搞卫生。房间干净卫生，洗发水沐浴露也很充足，还提供可口的饼干和咖啡～这次入住体验是超级开心、超级舒服的体验～整体感受特别好。下次还会来！

TAMARA STELLA EASTERNA的前台服务不错，酒店提供的房间不错，小loft户型的，两个人住双床房还是挺大的，不过酒店的隔音可能不太好，早上起床会听见隔壁在放音乐，不过问题也不是很大。酒店禁烟，环境不错，靠近伦敦帕丁顿火车站，大概步行5分钟能到，除此之外周边吃的东西也挺多，附近似乎有一条街道可以吃东西。。。。。。：） The environment is good。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。

We also appreciate your positive comments about the rooms, especially the spacious twin rooms. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the sound insulation. We will take note of this and work towards improving it. It's great to know that you enjoyed the non-smoking environment and the proximity to London Paddington Station.
