我叫张超，我同我的夫人石春萍6月15日晚入住希尔顿酒店，我们俩是北京人。我们的英文说的不很好，但幸运的是当天晚上遇到了Ivy Huang小姐，她用流利的中文回答了我们所有的提问，耐心的倾听我们的要求，我们提出的房间需要双床，位置在酒店的中间，房间不能受到噪音干扰，她都为我们安排的很好！一直都是微笑服务，让我们感到很温暖！今天我们夫妇俩在伦敦塔桥边的餐厅吃饭，票单显示是91.4欧。我们付费100欧，但是拿走钱的服务员并没有再回来，把该返回我们的8.6欧给我们，另一个服务员说是服务费，我说我并没有答应给你们服务费！但是这个服务员很傲慢的不在回应我们，我们生气的回到酒店，我越想越气，就把事情详细的告诉了Ivy Huang小姐，她看了我们提供的票据，说此单收的服务费是错误的，因为91.4欧里已包含，再收8.6欧就是重复强收服务费，并教我们怎样合理的要回自己的钱，我们按照Ivy Huang小姐的正确说法，找到餐厅经理，据理力争，要回了本该属于我们的8.6欧，钱虽少，但是必须遵守规则，她的认真负责和智慧让我们非常敬佩！真心为希尔顿酒店有如此优秀的超级员工而感到开心和高兴，真心希望希尔顿酒店和Ivy Huang小姐越来越好！！！

我很早就来尝试了他们的圣诞节新菜单，这是一次很奇妙的体验。从热情友好的员工到美味可口、精心制作的菜肴，我们在这里度过了一段美好的时光。餐厅有一个可以容纳40位客人的私人区域，同时在主餐厅也有很多地方可以举办大型聚会。如果你住在伦敦桥地区，我能推荐的只有这里了，我很喜欢他们的菜单和超棒的服务，在伦敦这里的价格也是非常合理的!我一定会再回来的!
