刚刚结束该酒店三晚住宿之旅返回家中。我升级入住了特大房，房间超赞，既大又宽敞，装潢漂亮，氛围绝佳。床非常舒适，洗手间内的毛巾漂亮。洗手间很大；不过天花板太低了， 导致淋浴间特别狭小，低矮的天花板上到处都是水渍。真是遗憾，因为除了淋浴间，客房其它地方都很好。登记入住办理顺利，酒店员工还带我稍微参观了下酒店公共区。 但我晚上回酒店后，从未有员工向我打招呼或是和我交谈。有次竟有人问我是不是故意的，因为我的眼光让人难以接受。我觉得这是酒店地理位置导致的。这家酒店就在一个非常繁忙的火车站前方。 酒店门外，尤其周末的时候，经常有很多喝醉酒的人。（所以） 当你返回酒店时，酒店的服务不是很热情。在这住了一晚后，酒店员工送了我一个礼物——有关伦敦徒步游的一本书，很是贴心，谢谢。 我也很喜欢酒店的免费迷你吧台和小食。总之，酒店所在地理位置特殊，我觉得（若换个地方）那这家酒店会超赞。

在入住的第一天，酒店在我的房间里准备了一瓶上等的红酒，迎接我们的到来。这里的工作人员真是太热情，太友好了。酒店很漂亮，位置极佳，毗邻利物浦街车站，无论是乘坐地铁，还是乘坐火车，都很方便。酒店装修精美，设施齐全，服务热情，就跟住在自家一样。真是太棒了！

酒店房间干净，有空调，床很舒适，位于中心位置。我唯一有问题的是，有一天早上，叫醒服务电话没有响。浴室毛巾很多，浴室宽敞干净。

这是伦敦最棒的酒店，非常适合去利物浦街火车站搭乘地铁去各个地方。员工会竭尽全力让你的入住与众不同。专业。最重要的是注意细节。对这家酒店挑不出任何毛病。

酒店很漂亮，前台工作人员乐于助人，食物也很棒！遗憾的是，有些餐馆周末不营业，但如果你想睡懒觉，可以选择上午10点以后吃早餐。
