结婚纪念日的时候，我和老婆来到这里，想要试试周边的餐厅。出于某些原因，我们被安排到来无障碍客房，即使我们订的是普通客房，这意味着浴室会很潮湿，而不是封闭的淋浴间。考虑到我们都没有行动不便，这是没有必要的。下水道不能正常工作——这意味着即使淋浴5分钟后，浴室也会完全被水淹了(见图)，以至于我们不得不请人拿额外的毛巾来擦干。他们说他们会让维修小组来修理这个，但是很明显，我今天早上出门之前的淋浴又把这个地方淹了。这不仅是不愉快的(因为这意味着必须穿鞋刷牙)，这也是一个安全问题——尤其是考虑到这是一个为那些行动不便或坐轮椅的人准备的房间。房间本身装饰得很好，但地板很脏。床很舒服，但枕头很差，不舒服，没有支撑力。当你打开主光源时，房间里的各种光源都清晰可见，包括天花板上的亮绿色光源（某种警报灯？）。亮得足以用来阅读。在这里晚上可以睡个好觉。总的来说，这是一次令人失望的体验。也不是我所期望的像英迪格酒店这样的高端品牌。如果我花70英镑住一间旅社，我就不会那么糟心了——但这接近每晚200英镑。我会有更好的期待。真是羞耻。

漂亮的房间，地理位置优越

昨晚我们在英迪格酒店过第二个周年纪念日。我们的房间是新怀旧风格，装饰得井井有条，包括您需要的所有便利设施，以及一些可爱的配件（水、Kit Kat's和饼干）。我们遇到的所有员工都是专业人士，他们看上去很高兴并喜欢他们的工作。到市中心仅几步之遥，但夜晚却非常安静，因此可以入睡。酒店的私人停车场走几步路就到了，非常方便。晚上我们在酒吧喝了几杯，气氛很好。床很舒服。很棒的淋浴，不过浴室里有个电视扬声器有点奇怪。空调非常给力。早餐还可以，我的煎饼很好吃，丈夫说他的菜也还可以，但是也没有马铃薯煎饼。一定会再来的。

很棒的周末

位置非常棒，就在约克一个很不错的地区，周围有很多可以玩的地方。员工们都很友好、乐于助人。你得付12.50美元才能把车停在离这儿不远的地方。我给了4分而不是5分的原因是这两天的早餐都很令人失望。第一天，鸡蛋应该是软的，但被煮得硬硬的。面包太硬了，根本不能吃。他们道歉了，问我们他们是否能做些什么。第二天早餐我吃到了不同的班尼迪克蛋。我选择了蘑菇而不是培根。不幸的是，这是放在面包上的，而不是放在旁边。这导致面包被浸湿了，不能吃了。员工们忙得不可开交。他们没有时间检查什么菜品被拿光了应该补上。我认为员工没有什么错，只是员工的数量有些不够。对于价格昂贵的高档酒店来说，他们确实需要在这方面做得更好。除了我们有一个不错的住宿，优越的地理位置和清洁的房间都很不错以外，早餐让我不会再来了，真可惜。

Thank you for this review. We are very happy to hear you enjoyed your stay with us, and that you liked our team members' service and central location.

We are sorry to hear breakfast did not live up to your expectations. We have had a huge turnover in staff, so many are still in training so we apologise if the service is not fully competent yet - but this is something we are working towards as we want our guests to have the best experience possible!

With regards to the food itself, thank you for bringing this to our attention that it was not up to usual standard. This will be fed back to the kitchen to ensure improvements can be made. 一小片天堂！

我们在茵迪格酒店过得非常愉快。酒店的地理位置对于在约克四处走动是很方便的。接待处和饭店餐厅的工作人员都很热心和友好。我们的房间很华丽，有一张舒适的大床，装饰很可爱，迷你吧里有新鲜的牛奶，可以用来加进茶和咖啡里。浴室很现代，淋浴间有很大的走道。我们晚上在餐厅吃了一顿非常令人满意的饭，早餐也很棒——有很多选择，酒店有可重复使用的餐具，减少了塑料垃圾，这非常棒。停车场就在附近，而且价格合理，适合城市停车。总的来说，我们在这里过得很愉快，我都等不及要回去了。感谢所有优秀的工作人员，使它如此受欢迎。

美丽的酒店，停车需要改善

这是一家漂亮的酒店，酒店里的小装饰都很可爱...从电视到浴室的扬声器...浴衣..拖鞋!这里的装饰很漂亮!我感觉就像住在豪宅里的!可惜这里的停车场简直是噩梦。我和两个残疾人一起旅行，我不得不把他们和行李(旅馆的停车场已经满了)放在一起，晚上花了半个小时试图找到一个有空位的停车场!接待员给我指路，当时天很黑，已经很晚了，我已经很紧张了!方向也看不清楚!有人建议我可以使用酒店隔壁的停车场!这里早已不再使用了!当我在一个我不认识的城市里独自一人在黑暗中行走之后，我终于回到了酒店!餐厅的女服务员很可爱，她对我们感到很抱歉。

Thank you for this review.

We are pleased you enjoyed your stay with us and your 'luxury' rooms! Thank you for your nice comments about the decor and the amenities included.

We do have information on our hotel website regarding car parking. Unfortunately, ours operates on a first-come-first-served basis so once our car park is full, our Reception team directs guests to alternative nearby public parking. We understand that this must have been frustrating as the nearest car park, Peel Street, is currently being resurfaced (and is closed until the 9th September) and provided you with yet another obstacle - apologies for this! Our team members do try their utmost to help guests find parking, but parking is limited in general in the city centre and can be difficult, on occasion. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

For future reference, we always suggest to contact Reception first in advance if disabled parking is required. Had we known this, we would have coned off a space for you and aided you with parking as we make exceptions for guests with disabilities.

With regards to your stay, and your interaction with one of our waitresses at the time, we hope you accepted our apologies and our attempts to make this up to you by offering assistance with your luggage and a complimentary beverage.

We hope despite this issue, you will return to stay with us again in the future as we would love to welcome you back, and should you require aid with parking again please do get in touch with us in advance to help organise a space.

下午茶（Groupon上订的）

我计划和我15岁的女儿去约克市玩一天，并且想下午在远离喧闹市中心的地方找点美好的事情做，这样我们就可以远离远离喧嚣一小时。我查了一下Groupon，发现了一个很棒的双人下午茶套餐。我毅然决然地订了票。地方很好找，在市中心不远处。我们一进门就感受了欢迎。我不吃含麸质的东西，我女儿也吃坚果类的东西，我很高兴地告诉大家，我们的饮食需求得到了很好的满足。很多美味的三明治和蛋糕，在服务员详细解释了他们在拿出来之前的处理之后，我们觉得很安全。他们值得一个优秀的评价。
