Dear wngy2020,
Thank you for taking the time to review your stay with us.
I am sorry that the stay did not meet your expectations in terms of location, unfortunately the hotel does not lend itself to a large car park, which is usually the case with city centre properties, however we do have a small on site car park which you would have been welcome to park in and there is signage around the city to guide you to the hotel avoiding any fines, and our trained front desk team would also have been happy to guide you round to the front of the hotel.
I hope we get the opportunity to welcome you back and restore your faith in us.
