窗明几净的房间。 空调体验非常棒，因为室外温度一直在30度以上。酒店靠近公交站，那里有能把我们带到John Radcliffe的13路巴士。 早上能够享受到酒店服务人员提供的免费咖啡。所有风景优美的建筑都在酒店附近，如拉德克利夫图书馆和教堂。只要步行就能到Westgate购物中心， 乘出租车到伦敦帕丁顿火车站只需要10分钟。

Thank you for your review, following your recent stay at the hote, Oxford is a beautiful city, full of history and we ideally located in the centre.
I was pleased to note that you had enjoyed the hotel and the facilities, in particular its location - in the middle of the various colleges of Oxford University and directly opposite the examination hall. The new Westgate shopping centre is only a short distant walk away.

我喜欢古怪的地方，所以这对我来说棒极了!过得去的早餐，干净的房间。但有一个问题——淋浴间的排水管几乎被堵住了，过来维修的人显然只是打开了水龙头，看到水往下掉，就离开了，并没有提供什么帮助。第二天淋浴时，所有的水都淹没了我的脚。

Many thanks for your review following your stay with us at the Eastgate Hotel.
It is always a pleasure receiving such feedback from our guests.
Please accept my apologies for the drainage issue you encountered. I have addressed this my maintenance team and am implementing a full review of all our bathrooms to ensure the drainage runs away smoothly.

位于牛津很棒的位置的舒适的酒店，而且房间里(重要)有空调!咖啡机只在有“特权”的房间里摆放，浴室里的淋浴头很不错(柜台有大量的空间)。房间里面有一个衣柜和熨斗等其他物品。员工热情。在这里呆一整个星期很舒服。

Dear Abbie,
We very much appreciate your comments regarding your stay at the Mercure Oxford Eastgate Hotel.
Oxford is a busy and vibrant city, with very few rooms in the city centre and we are the smallest and least expensive of the hotel located in the city centre.
We have now moved into our new restaurant - Keepers Kitchen and Bar, which is totally different from before and we are enjoying the new environment along with the challenges of a new layout.

由于我们的两个孩子都在牛津读书，我们以前曾多次住在这家旅馆。这次我们是来参加我儿子的毕业典礼和我的生日的。我们一直对这家旅馆很满意，这次也不例外。我们惊喜地收到了升级到罗斯金套房的通知，这是一个非常棒的房间——床非常舒适，浴室很棒，房间也大。房间很漂亮。位置很好——就在大街的右边。他们有自己的停车场，或者坐车到车站不到10分钟。牛津的所有景点都在门口。酒店总是干净舒适，员工总是热情好客，非常专业。

Oxford is a beautiful city and we are ideally located in the centre and surrounded by the wonderful of Oxfer University and its various colleges.
The Ruskin Suite is a lovely suite based on a DON's Study with all the nostalia of the city and the university.

我们只想离开伦敦几天。这里对我们来说是一个超大的惊喜！这家酒店非常舒适，不仅如此，酒店的地理位置也非常的好，酒店还有漂亮的酒吧/餐厅和非常友好的员工。我能说的就是尽可能地来这里吧！完美！酒店真的是太棒了！

Oxford is a busy and vibrant city and we are at present very lucky to have parking on site, it is an added bonus for the hotel.
