第一次来luigikhans，但不会是最后一次！如果你读过我的其他的评论，很明显我喜欢印度菜，Sajis是我的最爱，l/khans有点难找到，但是真很值得一试。它的装饰看上去是一种循环再造的，工作人员都很招人喜欢，但是最大的亮点在于食物，开胃菜还不错，但是主菜“咖哩羊肉”可能是我吃过的最好的。如果你在纽卡斯尔20英里范围内，真的要来试试的这个地方，就像Arnie说过的，我会回来的。

受到来自餐厅友好又细心员工的很棒的服务。从我们的桌子，可以看到厨房，我和我的朋友看到一个微波炉烤箱在运转，靠近厨房的门，在众目睽睽之下，我看到他们用这个烤箱加热不仅仅是我们点的香炸洋葱，还有其他我们点的菜或者部分我们点的菜。我不敢想象在这样一家受人尊敬的餐厅的菜是这样做出来的。失望。

thank you for your review Mark. I'm sorry that you were disappointed at the sight of a microwave in the kitchen.
The microwave is an integral of the kitchen - there is no way that with the complexity and range of dishes can be brought to your table within 15-30 minutes of an order.
There are several items that prepped by the day chef, or example the specialist slow cooked dishes take approximately well over 10 hours to cook, we cook these once a week, chilled and the microwave is used for defrosted purposes.
The pilau rice takes well over an hour to cook and is prepared in the afternoon, the rice is kept hot in Bain marie's ready to serve , however when it has to replenished the rice needs to be heated in the microwave up to the legally ambient temperature prior to transferring to the Bain Marie's.
Even simple items as hot chocolate fudge has to be heated in the microwave as do hot gulab jamans.
I hope the above has given you a little insight of a working commercial kitchen.

自从这家开业我就想来，没有让我们失望。停车位都满了，但是我们很有创造性的停在了草地上。这儿低声交谈的氛围很好，服务很及时、礼貌以及详实。价格也很合理，而且分量真的很足，我是很能吃的，喜欢点很多种食物，但是不得不说我也被打败了。我看到周围有很多人也都吃得很愉快，我们当然也很愉快。上菜很快，我们吃的也很快，而且决定给一大笔的小费，因为他们值得。很快我肯定就会带上尊贵的客人或者家人再来的。

我们在纽卡斯尔期间来这里吃过两次。餐厅的内饰很让人愉悦。服务也很周到。菜单上的菜品很丰富，我们想吃的都有。服务生和餐厅老板都很热情也服务很周到。以后我会再次光顾这里的。
