我们在这家酒店入住了3个晚上。酒店位置优越，靠近纽卡斯尔和其他旅游景点，但前提可能需要一辆车，附近有一个公共汽车站，非常方便，尽管我们没有坐。房间不错，不是很大，但绝对足够，内部干净整洁，员工友好热情，服务一流。

Thank you for taking the time to review your recent stay at the Holiday Inn Express Newcastle Metro and choosing to stay with us for your 3 night break.
The Hotel is a great location for visiting the City Centre and and local attractions as the bus stop on the road outside the Hotel is ideal for transport links.
I am pleased you found the rooms to be fresh and clean. The Hotel team are always getting great reviews on how friendly and helpful so i am happy to see you also found this.

我们选择留在这里是因为景色不错但是印象真的不深刻。职员很友好也了乐于助人...房间么...我们到的时候是在4楼，我提了要求的，比如安静，但是真的一点都不，门经常打开和突然关闭...交通太吵我们一整个晚上都没睡着。我男朋友试着去打开窗户，打不开...窗户上的封条没有了，比如双层玻璃之间也缩合了。浴室里的地钻裂了一个缝...靠近床的桌子上有杯环...打开衣柜并没有多少可以挂的空间。熨斗看起来用的很旧了...我们没有用！我不喜欢早上醒来的时候看到自己，因为有个镜子正对着床。

Thanks for choosing the Holiday Inn Express Newcastle - Metro Centre for your lodging needs, it's nice to receive feedback from you. We pride ourselves in providing friendly accommodations and that in mind, I am glad you found our staff hospitable. On the downside, please accept my sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused by the noise and overall room upkeep. The situations you described are certainly not what we expect and be assured that this will be shared to the management so we may monitor and improve on these areas.

上周在这里住了四晚，房间很干净，工作人员非常有帮助而且很友好，你得到了你所付的钱应得的服务。去纽卡斯尔的商场和周边地区非常方便，有大型停车场，当地的公共汽车服务也很便利，地铁适合情侣或家庭，或者当地人。我们还会再来的。

The team at the Hotel are always happy to receive such great feedback as the work very hard to ensure all our guests have a great stay and leave happy.
A lot of guests choose to stay at the Hotel because of the proximity to the Metro Centre shopping mall and the great transport links to the City Centre and other local amenities and local attractions.

I am sorry to see you thought the room was tired as the Hotel has recently undergone a soft furnishing refurbishment so if you would like to contact the Hotel direct and speak to the General Manager or our Deputy General Manager to discuss the matter in more detail.
