我们预订这家酒店因为它的地理位置和价格很好。结果证明酒店的地理位置真的很好，靠近商店、美术馆和圣诞市场。房间也很宽敞，房间里还有茶和咖啡设施。酒店也提供热水和沐浴露。床非常舒适。尽管是两张单人床拼在一起的，由于有超大的床单，所以中间没有间隙。早餐是大陆风格的，也很美味，当然也可以让我们撑到午饭时间。最后，酒店非常干净，一尘不染，酒店里的员工也非常友好。帮我们办理入住手续的女士（我不记得她的名字）非常乐于助人。我们会再次光临的。

在我们登记入住的时候，我们注意到床上用品没有更换。枕头和被子下面都是棕色的长发。我们投诉了，工作人员同意给我们换一个房间，因为没有人可以换床单。他们把我们搬到了一个方便轮椅进出的房间，所以一切都很低，这是一个潮湿的房间，而不是只有淋浴/厕所潮湿，早餐不好，面包不新鲜，非常糟糕的肉/奶酪。工作人员很可爱，隔壁有一家很棒的酒吧。
