I am pleased that there were positive aspects to your stay particularly the facilities and that the majority of the team came across friendly. Rest assured your comments regarding our Nights team are being looked into and reviewed with the line Manager.
With regards to access to the hotel and the lack of sign posts, we are still trying to make this a much easier process for our guests travelling from the M4 and will hopefully have this rectified in the near future.
