Many thanks for taking the time to post your review. As a customer service focused hotel I am saddened to see that you did not enjoy your stay with us. To investigate the issues you encounter it would be very helpful if you please send me the details of your stay date and issues you encounter during your stay.
I do hope that you will return in the near future and give us a second chance.

优质的住宿，一尘不染的房间，房间比大多数带有大型淋浴间的房间大。 工作人员非常乐于助人，并愿意为人跑腿。我们会再来假日酒店在的。贝尔法斯特是一个充满活力的城市，有很多景点和活动。

这家酒店的地理位置很便利，离汽车站只有几分钟路程。酒店里所有的员工都非常热情友好，乐于助人。早餐也很美味，我们有天晚上去酒吧吃了晚饭，料理很美味，而且价格也很实惠。酒店房间和这里的一切都完美地满足了我们的需求，特别舒适惬意。

酒店位置非常棒，在市中心——从欧罗巴巴士站走几分钟就能到（霍普大街上有出口，酒店就在马路对面）——周边有很多餐厅/酒吧/商店以及很便利的交通枢纽。酒店顾客服务非常棒——酒店的所有员工都很友好，乐于助人。酒店维护得很好——所有区域都保持的很不错，打扫的非常干净。房间很宽敞（我们住在7层）床很舒适，枕头很好，浴室卫生间的水压很大，客房托盘每天都会有人换新的东西。这里自助早餐和冷餐热菜都非常棒，经常会换新。我们非常喜欢在贝尔法斯特的居住体验，贝尔法斯特满足了我们的全部需求。一定还会再来的，很推荐这里。

I am delighted to hear you thoroughly enjoyed your trip to Belfast and that our hotel more than met your needs!
