My apologies that your stay was not fully to your standard, but hugely appreciate the positive comments you have left in your review. Although we had our air conditioning units serviced at the beginning of this month, we have acted on your feedback regarding the noise you were hearing. Thank you for pointing this out.

I find your comments regarding service surprising considering the positive feedback I received from the group as a whole during dinner, after dinner and at checkout.

We did require additional storage space in advance of a function, however, I found this to be stored neatly and tidily out of sight, in an area not being required for guest's needs.

We greatly appreciate your kind and generous custom, and I do hope you will visit Rocpool Reserve in the near future.
