Thank you for taking the time to review your recent stay with us, I'm really sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your room on this occasion due to the smell from the car park and also the overall cleanliness in your room.
I am glad to hear that the team were able to move your room but it's disappointing that this room was also hot and below our usual standard for cleanliness along with the fixtures not working. This certainly isn't what we would expect for our guests and we can appreciate how frustrating this would be.
Please be assured we have logged your comments regarding this and this will be passed onto the Hotel Management Team to ensure this is picked up internally as we want all of our guests to enjoy their stay with us.
