在梅德斯通出差的中途住宿,从头到尾(的体验)都绝佳。房间的选择。客户服务。热情,设施的选择。定价也非常不错,包含早餐,这是最好的一点之一。棒极了的选择。谢谢。一定会再次入住。

酒店干净、整洁,员工热情、友好,服务质量很赞。一切都不厌其烦。住在酒店很开心,可以去任何一家酒店入住。去大部分其它酒店,似乎他们感觉你令其非常不方便。

房间宽敞,与标准的英国房间相比,房间的规模确实很大。酒店位于梅德斯通的郊区,周围绿色风景很漂亮。早餐就那样,但是服务很好。酒店员工被训练的很好,从客房服务到前台接待,一直微笑着,友好。总的来说,这个酒店非常适合出差,或者一家人居住。孩子们会喜欢泳池和其它。有楼梯的情况下,特别是孩子容易将钥匙丢下去。

我们是一个12人的聚会。在晚上11点后客房服务只提供三明治和咖喱。我们有4个人住一个房间,酒店只有2个长袍,3个毛巾和3袋咖啡。当发现这些物品不足时,不得不继续叫客房。早餐是18英镑,不是很好。大厅咖啡厅的工作人员很棒!非常友好。让我们度过了一个愉快的早晨。

Thank you for your review. I am sorry to read of your recent experience. We sincerely appreciate all feedback as it enables us to improve the service we provide. Please be assured this is not the usual standard and I shall discuss with our housekeeping management team and ensure the procedures are looked into with regards to the amenities in your room.

Whilst the full English Breakfast at the restaurant is £16.75 per person, we do offer vouchers at our reception for £11.95 which can be purchased the night before and when you check in. I apologise if this was not offered to you and I shall speak with the reception team regarding this.

Thank you for your kind comments about our team member in the coffee shop. I shall ensure that this is shared with him.
