它是在兰卡斯特大学的隔壁,是一间住以来很放松的俱乐部,床超级好睡。 它的早餐的面包(可颂)我认为绝品,早餐虽然不是非常多样式,但是是精致的。 房间设计很古典空间够大。

通过酷朋网站找到了这家酒店。房间令人印象深刻。令人难以置信的高水准。一流的免费奢侈品。完美的入口，熊熊的火焰。员工竭尽全力提供帮助。食物太棒了。实在挑不出毛病。有一件事是要挑剔一下，那就是淋浴，水流忽热忽冷，但这显然是一个众所周知的问题，无法解决。除此之外，没有任何抱怨，将100%返回。水疗不是我们享受过的最好的，但提供需要的一切，而且包含在酒店花费的一部分。

多可爱的旅馆啊。我们选择兰开斯特之家，因为它看起来是一个可爱的酒店，是一个好的位置来观赏湖泊，莫坎贝和布莱克浦。但是，住了两天一夜，都没有离开酒店！第一天我们只是放松和享受周围的环境和饮料，酒店是美丽的。第二天我们去健身俱乐部。我们先到外面的按摩浴缸里泡了半个小时。接着是蒸汽室，然后淋浴。然后进入室内按摩浴缸，再在池中放松游泳。酒店提供毛巾，而且一切都是高标准的。很喜欢！唯一不好的是我们没有预定住宿加次日早餐，所以付了每人16英镑，但是早餐不是很好。还有一些琐碎的事情，比如没有煎蛋，果汁喝完了，在他们给我们咖啡后还要问他们要茶匙，酱汁用完了。我们能忍受这一切，但感觉没有物有所值。然而，两个晚上都在餐厅用餐，食物和服务都很好。一定会再去的…谢谢你们，是次非常愉快的入住。

Thank you for providing feedback following your recent stay with us here at Lancaster House.
I am obviously pleased to read that in the main you enjoyed your time and were able to make use of all of the facilities we have to offer.
In relation to breakfast I have spoken with the Restaurant Manager as the items you have highlighted should not have occurred and I have asked that he reviews this with the team, the fried eggs are cooked freshly to order and this should have been explained when you were seated by a member of the breakfast team please accept my sincerest apology for these shortcomings.
I look forward to being able to welcome you both back to the hotel in the future and if I can assist in arranging this for you please do not hesitate to contact me directly.

这是一栋两层楼的旅馆，但是没有电梯，住二楼搬运行李是件困扰的事。
看起来有点像是大学的学人宿舍，因此有许多房间标榜著「私人」，可能是长期住客吧！旅馆与学校的会议中心在一起，也是个提供参加研讨会人员住宿的地方。
周边无生活便利设施，若要购物或餐饮，必须要到大学内，才有相关的商店。
房间设施有点老旧，面积尚可，浴室也够大。有连通房的设计，隔音稍差，可听到隔壁房间的交谈声音。
早餐普通，标准的英式风格，服务人员态度亲切。

Thank you for your recent review.
Although we do not have a lift over 50% of our bedrooms are on the ground floor and we are always more than happy to assist any guests with there luggage and this is offered as a standard by the reception team.
You are correct that we do have almost 100 guest bedrooms but I do struggle to see how this looks like a college dormitory with our stone floored lounge, large open fire, bar, restaurant and health club. The local amenities are as you have stated located on the University campus which is located next to the hotel, however you can also be in the centre of Lancaster with all it has too offer in just five minute by taxi.
I am of course pleased to read that you found the team friendly during your stay.
