Thank you for your review I would like to apologise that you felt that you had to wait longer than usual. Unfortunately this is something that is out of our control as we work on a first come first serve basis.
I would also like to apologise if you felt that the staff on the door had lied however after speaking to the door man and the Person sitting people down who have both confirmed that he did call your name 3 times so it could have been a misunderstanding however the doorman still apologises for the inconvenience caused.
I would like to invite you back to Mylahore to give us a second chance and i will make sure you get the experience you deserve.

Thank you for your recent review on trip advisor regarding your visit to Mylahore manchester. Firstly I would like to apologise that you feel dissatisfied with your experience at our establishment. Upon reading your review I can see you feel the wasnt fresh and seemed microwaved. I would like to ensure yourself that this is not practiced at Mylahore establishments. The food served to our customers is prepared freshly once the customers have placed they order with us. As with all food establishments, certain foods are cooked certain ways and methods. It would have been appreciated if you had elaborated on this in more detail as I would like to know what items you may have ordered so I could explain to yourself in further detail. Ideally should you have felt unhappy with the food we presented you with, you were more than welcome to advise either the servers or managers on the floor who would be more than happy to look into your queiry and look to resolve the matter at first instance weather this meant replacing the item or looking into other alternatives as we always put our customers first at Mylahore.
Therefore as a extended apology on my behalf at your dissatisfying experience I would like to invite you back to Mylahore Manchester for a second opportunity at making sure you receive the service and Cusine that falls nothing short of your satisfaction
