我喜欢住在希尔顿迪恩斯盖特酒店,每次到曼彻斯特我都会尽量住在那里——虽然有点贵,但还是值得的,因为这里的风景很好,是一家很好的现代化酒店。工作人员通常都很乐于助人,也很专业,但这次在我结账去机场的路上,我联系了酒店,让他们知道我在浴室里留下了一件昂贵的衬衫——我发了电子邮件,打了电话,但没有人回复我。我不知道他们是否人手不足,没有时间帮我或归还我的衬衫,或者他们只是完全不把这件事放在心上。但我很失望,因为我通常认为希尔顿的服务都很好。

It is great to hear that we are your hotel of choice when you are in Manchester and that you enjoy the wonderful views over Manchester. However, I am disappointed that your experience was marred by your shirt not being returned to you.

Could you please tell me your room number so I can speak to our Housekeeping and give you an update.

这次住的很开心。99%的员工都超出了水平。这次也让我体验到了曼彻斯特有多么迷人。我十分推荐这家希尔顿酒店。房间宽敞,打扫的很干净。行政酒廊非常棒,在23楼,可以欣赏风景,享用鸡尾酒和小食。

我们为我妈妈的生日安排了一个庆祝活动。他们立刻给我们升级,免费赠送了一瓶泡泡酒,给我们提供了很大方便。埃米莉和瑞秋一直做得很好,帮了我们很多,完美履行了职责。我真是太感谢他们让我妈妈的生日过得这么完美!

在Cloud 23酒吧,享用了美味的餐前鸡尾酒,这里的景色非常棒!在Podium餐厅享用美味的晚餐,这里有不错的菜肴选择。到达时受到了礼宾员尼尔的热烈欢迎,他帮了我大忙。他应该得到⭐️!其实所有的工作人员都很可爱,而且使居住变得非常愉快!期待不久的将来,可以再住在这里!

就是奔着泳池和桑拿房才来的这家酒店。桑拿房坏了,泳池很脏,工作人员也无法提供帮助。不会推荐任何人来曼切斯特的这家酒店。

During your stay with us we unfortunately encountered a malfunction with our steam room, which was out of our control. An engineer was immediately called and we had to wait for a part to be delivered to rectify the issue.

I am surprised and disappointed to read your feedback relating to our leisure facilities. The team in Livingwell clear, clean and repair the leisure facilities on an ongoing basis and they have been given visibility of your feedback.

My team and I hope that you have a change of heart and that you would consider returning to the hotel when we can demonstrate our normally high standards of service.

我们曾多次入住曼彻斯特希尔顿酒店,大多数是为了工作以及作为附加奖励在曼彻斯特度过周末。虽然过去几个月我们在房间清洁方面遇到了一些问题,但酒店管理层似乎听到了我们的担忧,并且在我们最近入住的时候,房间恢复了我们对希尔顿的期望标准。行政酒廊可以欣赏到这座城市最佳的景观,尽管周末会有很多人。行政酒廊里的员工团队超级赞,Marta总能认出我们,并询问我们上次离开之后过得怎么样,一周到下一个星期或几个月后。 该团队确实成就了酒店,并且是希尔顿集团的宝贵资产。我们期待很快可以再来。
