During your stay with us we unfortunately encountered a malfunction with our steam room, which was out of our control. An engineer was immediately called and we had to wait for a part to be delivered to rectify the issue.
I am surprised and disappointed to read your feedback relating to our leisure facilities. The team in Livingwell clear, clean and repair the leisure facilities on an ongoing basis and they have been given visibility of your feedback.
My team and I hope that you have a change of heart and that you would consider returning to the hotel when we can demonstrate our normally high standards of service.
