曼切斯特麦克唐纳德水疗酒店位于曼彻斯特的市中心，非常适合在市区散步游玩，地理位置优越，房间的面积也不错！酒店附近有许多很不错的餐厅！靠近许多公共交通，有电车、火车和汽车站，步行过去都只需要5分钟！美中不足是前台的服务不够好！另外如果你想使用水疗服务还需要另外付10英镑！

我和我丈夫在这住了一晚，因为我们第二天早上要飞回家。 工作人员非常友好，不断地询问我们是否还需要更多东西，并告诉我们如果有需要就按铃。 我们的房间很大，干净得发光！ 喜欢巧克力和马卡龙的小装饰。 在长途飞行之前浸泡在浴缸里，它实在太豪华了，我觉得我好像置身于水疗中心！ Hubby还说淋浴时感觉就像在给他按摩！ 我们经常出差，每次出差回家，我们绝对会住在这里。

非常甜美能干的露西帮我做的美容简直太棒了。我会推荐露西来做所有治疗，因为她非常专业，对所有使用的产品都了如指掌。曼切斯特麦克唐纳德水疗是我的最爱之一！

谢谢曼切斯特麦克唐纳德水疗酒店的所有员工。特别要感谢前台经理为我们提供的房间升级。住在这家酒店绝对值得，这里靠近一切你想去的地方，位于中心位置，房间很棒，早餐也很好。唯一令人失望的是我为了停车服务花了25英镑。

四星的评价绝对过高了。我们入住了一晚。我们的房间很大，很舒适，浴室有浴缸和双人淋浴，但是没有浴袍。酒店正在举办大型聚会，非常繁忙，我们在大约晚上10点从我们的活动后回来，酒吧里排了很长的队伍，但是只有一个服务员！我们想点些食物，但被告知已经太晚了，要等待在晚上11点开始提供的客房服务，并从有限的菜单里点餐！我们确实打电话通过客房服务要过新鲜牛奶，但是服务人员从未出现过！早餐还可以，但没什么特别的。总之，对于一家四星级酒店我会期待得到更多。

I am sorry to hear we failed to meet expectations and appreciate the feedback given. I will be investigating these problems personally and can assure you this is not the normal level of service we provide.
