First of all, I would like to thank you for taking some time out and giving us your feedback regarding the shortfalls in service.
We do believe that any feedback such us yours is so important to any business in order to maintain the high standards & to improve the level of our services that we provide.
I would like to personally apologize on the behalf of my team for not meeting your expectations with respect to your recent stay during your stay with us especially for the bathroom and during check-out.
It is our main priority to ensure that all our guests are always well looked after during their stay.
Once again please accept my apologies for the shortfalls in service levels you experienced.
I do hope we will have the opportunity to welcome you back to Le Lavoisier Hotel in the near future so that we can get a chance to show you our high level of service & to fulfill your expectations.

刚从上面的旅馆住了三个晚上回来，我们发现所有的员工都非常友好和热情。房间很干净，保养得很好，如果房间里有茶和咖啡设施，我们会很感激的。如果我们事先知道的话，我们就会带上旅行水壶了。刚开始我们觉得早餐有点少，但当我们看了看附近的咖啡馆，它的就没有那么糟糕了，所以决定留在酒店吃早餐。如果想远离那些没有人情味的大饭店，我推荐这家饭店。

It's great to read you loved Hotel Le Lavoisier and I will certainly ensure my team see your review as they will love it.
Thank you for your feedback about coffee facilities in the room. We do provide kettle upon request so that guests can make coffee or tea. We usually receive great comments about this.

我们喜欢呆在Lelavoisier的这三天。这里有很好的装修，给人一种舒适的感觉。房间干净清新，浴室虽小，但设备齐全。早餐是在地下室，所以有点黑暗，它有点拥挤，但食物当然可以。

Thanks for your review, pleased to hear you loved Hotel Le Lavoisier.
Our bathrooms are quite compact but we like to think make the most of the space and have everything you need for a comfy stay.
Sorry to hear the breakfast room was a little bit dark and crowded for you.

巴黎市中心竟然还有这么时新、精致的酒店，所有主要景点都在步行范围内，我们是坐火车来的，很轻易的就在第八区找到了我们的酒店。酒店的前门很优雅，到房间还一直是优雅的感觉。新铺的实木地板、舒适的床、安静的浴室，让我们住的很舒适。再回巴黎我们还会选择住在这家酒店。谢谢拉瓦锡酒店！如果这条评论有用的话请赞一下我，再看看我其他的评论。我很想知道我喜欢的是不是和大家一样！
