I wished that you had a better experience and although your review is not the reflexion of the quality of service that my team and I are used to providing, I can assure you that I will remain vigilant on the failures you describe

I thank you for your review and I am pleased that my hotel was up to your expectations.
The Gare de Lyon is indeed a few steps away from the hotel and, as most main cityies' stations, it is frequented indeed by a heterogeneous population coming and going but still calm.

和家人还有朋友一起在这家酒店住了4个晚上。是一次很棒的体验。酒店位置很好，工作人员也很有礼貌。酒店位于 Gare de Lyon 地铁车站附近，我儿子最喜欢的是室内游泳池。这里的早餐也不错。绝对推荐。

优点:房间整洁干净，配备了最新的棕色诺富特(Novotel)风格的家具，淋浴墙是半透明的。洗漱用品的品牌在我外出观光时换了，不过我更喜欢旧的，价格公道。工作人员都受过良好的培训，就像我享受过的其他诺富特酒店的服务团队提供的服务一样。酒店地理位置优越，可搭乘包括RER-A线在内的多条列车外出，内部可视窗提高了安全系数，受到大家的赞赏。缺点:房间温度过高，从来没有低于22摄氏度，即使空调开到最大，而且工作人员还检查过。公共区域看起来有点老旧，而且太热了。健身中心也需要更新。Henri Frenay白天还不错，但到了晚上就会吸引大量无家可归的人，会有一些小偷小摸的事情。有一次我还听到窗外有抢劫盗窃的声音。

I apologize for the A/C, it seems there must have been a system issue.
We are going to refurbish common areas from September to February 2020, pool included.

这家酒店地理位置很好，到车站和地铁只需2分钟。房间干净宽敞，加的床有点小，但还可以接受。酒店外面有一个操场，对孩子们来说非常棒。健身房很宽敞，没有举重设备，但适合快速锻炼。很乐意再次来入住。

房间很好，设施不错。自助早餐很美味。我发现房间很热，无法降温，但这是它唯一的缺点。酒店的设施不错，酒吧和餐馆也都不错。健身房设备齐全，还有一个游泳池。这家酒店并不是位于最好的地区。（我们住在这里）只是因为我们要坐火车去意大利，而里昂火车站就在旁边。我推荐这家酒店。
