Dear Sir,
We are sorry to see that you posted a negative comment BEFORE finishing your stay at our Hotel.
As you may remember your phone was found 20 minutes after your check-out, where YOU had dropt it under the radiator behind the curtains. We even sent you a picture so that you could see that your accusations against our staff were without merit because the phone was not stolen, YOU lost it in the room and WE found it for you.
And you never even gave us a chance to ask the staff in the morning, nor did you ever spoke to the manager as you claim. And how could we have “looked in to the matter”? You made your complaint after 6:45pm at the front desk and you posted you comment at 7:21pm.
We deeply regret that you did not had the patience to look for your phone before accusing a cleaning lady that has been with us for more than 5 years and that you smeared her and our Hotel’s reputation without pity for your mistake.
