我们点菜付款后，餐厅就上菜了。很好。在同等级的餐厅中是杰出的。馅饼很美味，为了这道菜也不虚此行。主菜（龙虾，鸭子）是最好的菜肴，我的妻子尝到的羊肉作为一道特殊的餐品，就仅仅能评价为“不错的羊肉”，没有特别脱颖而出。

We read with pleasure your satisfaction toward the cuisine of our chef Jean-Charles Cauquil and we are glad you appreciated his creations.
However we deplore your wife was not entirely delighted with the lamb she ordered.

这是我的60岁生日礼物，在布里斯托尔住了两晚，在这家餐馆吃饭。我被问候和祝福生日快乐并且有红玫瑰花瓣装饰的晚餐送到桌子上！我被留下来一个人点菜单，人们眼睁睁的看着餐厅变得非常繁忙。服务很快速，高效而且简单地完成。我点了颈部和鱼类，菜肴都很美味和鱼肉好像直接在我的嘴里化掉了，有人建议侍酒师一个可爱的雷司令，这真是一个完美的搭配。我独自一人享受我的一顿，立刻清理了盘子.点了甜点和美丽的冰糕，出乎我的意料的是工作人员集合唱生日快乐给我病有人鼓掌真的令人感动。这里是美食小酒馆风格，一个愉快的体验，强烈推荐！

这是我第二次来这家餐馆了，完全符合我对它的高期望。食物不可思议的美味（如果菜单上还有奶油亚芝竹汤的话，一定要点！），服务水平很高。当然，价格有点小贵，但老实说，对于这种体验来说，这个价格算是很低了。

这家餐厅更符合你在一家美国高级餐厅所期望的。一个大饭店，桌子之间离得足够远，能够保证一些隐私，正式的服务。让我感到失望的是他们家没有牛脊肉，所以只能勉强同意用鸽子代替，还可以。每道菜都非常好，简单的材料得到升华。我们的服务生英语讲的很好，性格也超棒，葡萄酒预约做的也很出色。我对鱼和贝类过敏的注意事项也被处理的很好。会推荐这里。
