First of all, we would like to thank you for taking the time to share your experience in our hotel. We're really pleased to read that you enjoyed your stay with us!
You’re right when you mention that our hotel is perfectly located to explore the city easily and enjoy the Latin Quarter area, with its famous cafés and typical French restaurants.
For your next stay in Paris, feel free to contact us directly or visit our website to check out all the different room categories (Design Classic rooms with a shower, spacious Design Superior rooms, larger Design Deluxe rooms with a bathtub and two amazing top floor rooms).
As you know, there is always a good reason to come back to Paris, maybe to celebrate the New Year's Eve, when the city is full of lights and festive decorations.

Thank you for taking time to share your feedback.
We deeply regret the incident that happened during the night of 16th March 2019. As you mentioned, one of the former neighbor launched quite a farewell party despite the strict houserules that preside over the joint ownership property.
We apologies if the night receptionist have send a resigned image of himself, but be sure that he did everything in his power to end this incivility. I have records showing that he has called the police 4 times during the night, but they only show up until dawn; he even tried to communicate himself with the culprit apartment but was received with no manners and even insulted by the lout man.
Be sure that it is our duty and in our best interest to ensure a great night to our host ; I must admit we have failed this for our guests on this specific night but we praise you to leniently review your notation taking into account that we have done everything we could to stop it and that the resolution of this event was outside our direct range of action.
Separately from our query to revise your tough notation, I cannot identify you to email you, could you please contact me directly in order to revise the gesture of our breakfast waiter as I agree that, even made with goodwill, it was not appropriate to the situation.

这是一所位于非常棒区域的非常棒的酒店，早餐很棒、wifi很好、入住体验非常好。这里只有一个很小的电梯。但我们只需要爬楼梯上一层楼，所以我很容易的沿着环形的楼梯就把我的行李搬了上去。我身高6’3”（190cm），所以我得小心的避免我的头撞到门廊以及浴室门框。这也是这座城市里的古老建筑的独特魅力--请知悉这一点，那就是这里有你所需的一切东西，但并不是一所全新的宽敞的美式酒店。来这所酒店追寻的是位于万神殿、索邦大学、卢森堡花园和城堡等等古老建筑之间的这所古老酒店的独特魅力。

We would like to thank you for taking time to write a comment. We are thrilled to read you kind words about ypur stay with us. You are right, the location is a real advantage, in the heart of the latin quarter close to famous monuments and surrounded by many restaurants. Our boutique hotel offers only 38 design rooms ; for your next stay we suggest you to book a deluxe room to be more confortable and have more space.
We hope to see you very soon as there is always something to see and do in Paris !

在巴黎度过了美好的3天。这家酒店比较小，地段特别好，靠近塞纳河和巴黎圣母院区域。我们步行数英里到拉丁区，大爱这个地方。客房舒适，可以欣赏宁谧的庭院。没有什么噪声，一宿安眠。工作人员友好、专业。强烈推荐。我们没有在这里吃早餐，所以这方面不便评论。对我们而言唯一的缺点是客房里没有咖啡机/沏茶的设备。不过这只是小瑕疵。

Indeed the hotel in located in the latin quarter, walking distance to Notre Dame and Luxembourg Garden and surrounding by many restaurants and cafés. 上面的房间相当大，能看到万神殿的美景，尤其是在晚上，而且床和淋浴都很好。酒店的装饰也很有趣。酒店靠近索邦广场。步行即可到达卢森堡雅尔丁和卢森堡地铁。工作人员非常友好。物有所值。

对于想要选一个好位置并且还有一个干净的现代环境的人来说，这里是一个非常好的选择。房间虽小但很现代，工作人员也很乐于助人。我是rive gauche酒店集团的忠实粉丝，在游玩巴黎的同时，他们一直是一个舒适迷人的休息场所!

Thanks for your review. Indeed the location of our hotel is a real advantage, close to lot of transports and touristic places like the Luxembourg Garden and Notre-Dame cathedral.
As you are a faithful client of Hotels Paris Rive Gauche do not hesitate to use our loyalty code to get discount and in 2020, the group will revveal a new property...

我和妻子在这家英国航空公司推荐的酒店住了10天，他们说这是一家三星级酒店，但我想再加一颗星。前台的各种各样的工作人员都是一流的，总是乐于助人，乐于与之交谈。我们最喜欢的是乔治——他在早餐区工作，非常棒！他每天早上都跟我们开玩笑，让我妻子多留我一个星期，这样我们就可以去参加摇滚舞会了！！唯一的抱怨，其实也没什么大不了的，但是电梯很小——最多能容纳两个人，乘坐的时候倍感紧促！法兰西万岁！
