这是你想离火车站和购物中心不要太远的选择,这里有公寓式的厨房和洗手间,都非常干净。楼下有吃早餐的房间。房间里有电视并且可以订餐。这里距离很多饭店都很近,还有离超市也不远,如果你想自己在屋子里做饭的话。我真的很享受我在这里住得那几天,而且我也肯定会再次光顾的。

房间的价格偏贵,但是就这样,我们到的时候房间还不太干净,有灰尘,而且角角落落里还有一些奇怪的东西。房间似乎很久之前才翻新过。很吃惊的是日常打扫似乎并不包含在房费里面,而是额外要收费的项目。早餐要每人十欧元,但是根本不值这个价钱,在街角的Brioche或者Paul面包店里不用花这么多钱就可以吃得更好。让人伤心的是这家酒店本来可以很棒的,如果房间有翻新过的话,视野会非常好。或者客人能够得到跟花的钱相符的服务的话,这也会很棒,在其他酒店,这应该是很正常的事儿才对。

It's not acceptable and for that, please accept my sincere apologies. It will be shared to the housepeeking Manager who will take direct actions to improve the quality of our service. Concerning the breakfast, I have been myself many times to Paul and Brioche Dorée and I don't think that for 10 euros, you can get unlimited varieties of choices that we propose at the residence. (meaning Hot drinks, juices, yoghurts, meat, cheese, fruit salad, bread, butter, nutella, honey, jams, pastries, crepes, cereals, cake and so on.) After careful review of your concerns, I offer you again my deepest apologies for having failed to give you the service all our residents expect.
I would like to clarify that the problem with mosquitoes in our Residence has been solved.
Concerning the lifts break, it happened during the night early morning and our night receptionist unfortunately did not have the time to put a note on each floors of the building (16 in total).
I am deeply sorry for that.
We do hope you will give us another opportunity to change the impression you have of us.
