I am pretty sure this comment is a follow up from the previous one I just answered from Revin1.
I understand that frustration can drive certain people to want make sure that their message has gone through. I can confirm that this is the case with the first comment and that corrective measures have been made. I think it is not necessary to add a second comment. We appreciate the feedback we receive from our guests, either positive or negative, this is always constructive, never taken lightly. It allows for us to improve the points that need to be worked on, which in turn allows for us to give the best experience possible to our guests, which is the most important. This is what we believe a site such as Tripadvisor is for.
