As you can see in our TripAdvisor rating, we are one of the best hotel in Chamonix. 95% of our TripAdvisor comments are to congratulate our team and our service. Satisafction of our guest is one of our priority everyday and be sure that our whole team is really affected to read a comment like yours.
I may accept of course, that sometimes, a mistake can happen, that you may not be totally satisfied because a service problem or that something went wrong. I will never say that we are 100% perfect, but, if something goes wrong during your stay, me and my team would be very pleased to fix it. As General Manager, I am at the hotel, almost every day. When a client feel unhappy about our service, his room or whatever, I will always do my best with my team, to fix the problem. The only thing is that the client has to advise me. It is the reason why I am very surprised by your comment, as you didn't complain anytime during your stay, even at check-out and your rate us 1/5, which means that your stay was awful. If you had an awful moment in our property, why did you not ask to meet me? Once again, I always try to find the best solution to make sure my clients spend a wonderfull time at the hotel Mont-Blanc. Also, be sure that my team also do their best to reach clients expectations and you can be sure that they are qualified and that they like working. Their goal everyday is to be sure our guests feel good and enjoy their stay.
Unfortunately, you criticize the restaurant team but without explaining what happened (if something wrong happened?). It seems much easier to give us the worst possible rating on trip advisor rather than ask to meet the Manager. What was the objective? It just affect my team who love their job, love clients and love to receive a simply "thank-you" from our guest, because, to serve clients and make sure they are happy is a leitmotiv for them.
