我们一对夫妻自驾往南方旅游。虽然我们开车经过斯图加特时已经是深夜了，但我们还是决定订这家酒店的房，因为我们都来到这块地方了。我们选择这家酒店而不是其他家是因为这是家四星级酒店，但老实说，我们的房间算不上是四星级的标准，这房间非常简约，非常普通，没有冰箱，卫生间很小，窗子面向的是很吵的街道，所以白天醒来听到这样的声音，感觉真不好。不过这房间干净，而且早餐很美味！同时，这酒店还有地下停车场，这点对我们来说很实用。如果只是在这酒店住一晚的话，那还是可以的啦。

在这酒店住了两晚，挺舒服的，位置在地铁站强近，有超市在旁，也有不少餐厅。
服务人员很热心，看见我对会员计划有兴趣便叫我不用填些甚么直接帮我申请，当了会员后有免费饮用水供应。
房间比想像大，该有的设施都有，床头灯可变换灯光也很有趣，浴室空间够大，应有尽有。

我在国内的前同事在这个宾馆丢失了一条项链 她们的导游已经问好项链已找到我可以去取 于是我带好身份证就去了 结果前台一个比较年轻的服务员告诉我说并没有找到任何项链 一副很想打发我走的样子 我说确定吗 她说确定 我跟导游沟通之后告诉她们是21号打电话确认项链找到了的她们才又让我等 还有一个稍微年长的服务员态度也很差 我等了将近两个小时 她们突然告诉我找到了 也就是说这个项链本来就在前台但是由于内部沟通不畅和对亚洲人的歧视导致我苦等两小时 对德国客人她们可是满脸堆笑的 直到最后她们也完全没有要道歉的样子 素质极其低下 我想说 就这种工作效率和这种工作态度是怎么得到高评分的？

交通购物餐饮都很便利，服务热情，房间舒适，健身房空间足够。建议健身房增加椭圆机，早餐品类可以更丰富一些。

房间简单干净，对面就是车站搭车到这里很方便，停车场位置很多，租车旅行也适合。同一栋就有药妆店与超市，不用担心缺东缺西。
