However, please allow us to let you know that we do provide a free basic internet access for our guests, and that we only charge a fee in case the guests wish to have an upgrade for faster connection. In general, our prices are overall comparable to those of other 5 star hotels, and they conform to the common and necessary calculation.
Furthermore, we kindly inform you that our room service menu offers a variety of food; breakfast is just a part of it. Please be assured that our employees are at your full disposal at any time and will be happy to assist you.
Moreover, it is with regret to read that you wished to have a microwave and ice supply in your room. Indeed, only our suites are equipped with such facilities, but please do not hesitate to order 24 hours via our room service. Regarding the closet space, we would like to inform you that all our rooms offer different types and sizes of closets and we hope that we may find the perfect room for you during your next stay.
After all, we are sorry to read that you would have liked to enjoy the amazing view across the city longer than during breakfast time. At this point, we would like to inform you that our restaurant Blue Spa is open until 10.30 pm and offers a spectacular view over Munich. We regret that you did not receive this information during your stay.

However, we deeply regret that you were not satisfied with our ambience. At this point we would like to assure you that we do constantly examine the condition of our interior and that we spend large amounts every year in the renovation and modernization of our guest rooms as well as public areas. Most recently, one part of the hotel building was completely renewed by the famous Interior Designer Axel Vervoordt; the investment volume was about 12 million euros.
Moreover, we are sorry to read that we did not meet your expectations regarding our night life options.
