我们一到酒店,就受到接待的热情款待。虽然我们一大早就到了,但他们确保我们的房间在10-15分钟内就能准备好,我们预订了一间有一张双人床和一张沙发床的高级/行政客房,可轻松容纳2名成人和2名幼儿。房间干净、现代、舒适。多付了一点钱(因为需要两张双人床),我们的房间里还有一台雀巢咖啡机和一个小酒吧!!!厕所和浴室是分开的,很方便,同时也很吵(但这似乎是诺富特其他酒店的标准)。浴室里有淋浴和独立的浴室。酒店位于主要旅游中心的外面,距离风景区仅20-25分钟的步行路程。拐角处有一个S-Bahn车站(步行5分钟),但我们在那里的时候就关门了,因为我们在那里的那一周铁路工程正在施工。否则,您将在5分钟内进入市中心。假日酒店下面有一家超市(就在隔壁),附近没有地方吃饭。那几天晚上,我们在酒店餐厅吃了几顿晚餐,味道真的很好,很美味。早餐也很好,有很多冷热食物可供选择。我和我的家人在这里过得很愉快,下次我们来慕尼黑的时候还会选择住在这里。

酒店就在火车站出囗,但虽要行走一条小斜路,如带着很多行理会有点不便。如要到市中心的广埸,可搭1至2个站的火车,或行路15-20分钟。

今年9月,我和家人在诺富特酒店度过了一晚。在前台办理入住手续时,工作人员忘记把护照还给我们。搞笑的是,他们并没有联系我们,没让我们知道我们的护照在他们的保险箱里。一个月后,当我们发现了这件事,酒店表现的非常难沟通和无助。他们拒绝寄送护照给我们,也不告诉我该做什么,而且说这些是酒店的内部政策。这种安全问题是不容忽视的,他们拿着我们4个人的护照一个多月,却没有试图联系我们或大使馆。这完全无法接受!
I sincerely apologize for the problems regarding the passports that unfortunately caused inconveniences for you. I feel very bad for the inconveniences you had to deal with. I appreciate your critique which will be the basis for discussions within our local team - and a careful evaluation of the root of these problems.
