我在这里只住了几个晚上。酒店位于市中心，步行即可到达所有乘坐公共交通工具的地方。非常棒的接待，非常有礼貌的员工。我的房间需要翻新一下，但酒店本身就很华丽！所有的酒吧和餐馆都在附近。

7月5日至9日，第三次入住一间三人房。登记入住很简单，当我们中午12点到达的时候，房间已经准备好了，我们非常高兴的房间是在二楼，明亮且干净，床很舒服。我们预订了早餐，每人19欧元，自从我们上次入住以后，早餐的种类和标准已经下降了，热的食物是冷的。我们想去使用游泳池，但是关了，这已经是第二次发生在我们身上了，没有在网页上声明这一点，登记入住的时候也没有提到。因为在这次访问中标准更低了，所以我们不会再来住了。

不得不承认，两样东西很好，一个是丰盛美味的早餐，一个是可以坐在外面看人来人往的小酒吧。另外，服务也还好。现在酒店的房间有点旧了，完全不像网站上放出来的精修图。关于前台接待，你得碰运气，有一些英文很差，并且好像并不那么在乎客人的感受。如果你想预定去机场的出租车，也不那么顺利，尽管他会告诉你“好的好的，会有的”，结果其实并不是。床还算舒适，不会影响睡眠，但是整体来讲，不要期待它能达到传统的布鲁斯托尔标准，它仅仅只是普通的三星级酒店而已。

We are glad that we met your expectations regarding the breakfast and our bed. Nevertheless, we would like to apologize for any inconvenienced caused during your stay.
As you mentioned, some of our rooms are a bit outdated. However, we are happy to inform you that we recently started renovating some public areas and rooms. Furthermore, we have reported your disappointment regarding our reception team to the respective department and we are investigating the issues you mentioned.

在这里度过了长长的周末（5月2日-7日），今天早上退房---酒店很棒，尤其是入口大堂，酒吧和游泳池区域，我和朋友们关注到最多的是，热情友好、乐于助人的服务员---一切都很顺利，（他们）总是面带微笑，（热情地）问候。酒店位置很棒，离火车站、地铁站以及动物园很近，附近还有一些美味的餐厅（仅需五分钟的路程，名为2 Door Down的泰国餐厅非常棒，隔壁的Reinhardt 餐厅早餐丰富美味，很适宜呆在这里规划观光计划）。还会来这个城市，（并且）光顾这家酒店。
