Even though we are not a 5 star hotel the things that you commented on should definitely not happen.
No guest should get the feeling, that staff is rude and I communicated your feedback within the reception team so situations like this can be avoided in the future. Normally there is always music playing in the bar so I will contact the bar manager to make sure this really is the case every day.
I would like to apologize in the name of the whole team that we could not "wow" you.
We would still love to welcome you back to show you that we can do much better!
