Dear guest,
You made a reservation from the 05th till 09th of august with a non refundable rate. But you didn´t arrive and didn´t inform us. We couldn´t reach you, because you booked via wholesaler.
You arrived one day later on the 06th about 3 pm. It is usual, if a guest didn´t arrive, that we sell our rooms to other guests.

If a guest also tries to understand the situation, that we cannot keep a room free, when he didn´t arrive, we are willing to find a solution. But you had no comprehension and your performance was so rude, that we had seen no reason to find a solution together.

Further, it is also not a nice cautious, if somebody tell only a part of the whole story and post it in social media with different names.
