酒店环境优越，房间宽敞，整体空间很大。吃的也很好，很实惠。这是一个你可以真正放松和享受一整白天黑夜的酒店。我们非常推荐这家旅馆。我们去过汉堡12次，在城市里尝试了不同的酒店，但这里是我们最喜欢的。

我和我的伴侣在这家酒店住了一晚，酒店很可爱，工作人员非常乐于助人和友好。我们忘了带适配器，接待处就送过来一个。房间很干净，床很舒服。早上的早餐很棒，你可以想要各种各样的东西。

我们住了几天，但是每一天都没有为我们换过床单。其他的没问题。工作人员很有礼貌，也愿意帮忙。我们建议在大堂下面的厕所安装上浴盆。房间里的空调不能出热风！

Thank you very much for taking the time to evaluate your visit at the Grand Elysée Hamburg.
Positive as well as critical comments are vital for us to constantly improve our service and hotel facilities. We take great pride in providing our guests with the highest service and product and for this reason we are sorry that we failed to meet your expectations.
We can assure you that it was definitely not our intention to disappoint you with not changing the bedsheets every day and would like to sincerely apologize for the inconveniences.
Our standard is to change the bedsheets every second day during the guests stay. If you like to have it changed each day, please do not hesitate to contact us, so we can make you feel even more comfortable.
Furthermore we noted your annotations concerning a bidet at the toilets down at the lobby and the air conditioning.
We very much hope to welcome you back again at the Grand Elysée Hamburg to totally convince you of the standard and quality of our hotel.

在汉堡居住的好地方。一个优雅、舒适并提供好服务的酒店。一位非常乐于助人的礼宾人员，他非常耐心的标记地图，防止我们在城市中迷路（尽管他很努力，但是我还是迷路了）。美味的自助早餐和几家可以在酒店选择用晚餐的饭店。40分钟步行可到达汉堡市中心。房间宽敞、洁净、设备齐全。Wifi一直好用。没有抱怨的地方。
