Dear Guest,
it is sad to read that you left our hotel with a feeling of disappointment without apparently staying with us. We understand that a car damage is upsetting and not the best start for a relaxing night in a hotel. We know that our garage is narrow. That is the reason why we inform every guest to use it carefully on each check-in and also point to our parking lots in the street if someone arrives with a big car.
We are sorry that we did not get the chance to prove the quality of our services to you and send our best wishes from Frankfurt.

彼埃尔酒店坐落在靠近法兰克福中环火车站的地方。主要购物区、娱乐场所和领事馆均在步行距离内。酒店很现代，很干净，房间很宽敞。早餐很好。停车有点问题，但我们在附近找到了一个空间。大多数员工比较随和。尽管如此，接待员几乎是难以置信的粗鲁。他与客人的关系简直是像对待乞丐一样。我们不明白为什么酒店管理会让他破坏掉一切体验，除此之外本该在酒店住得很愉快的。

很棒的酒店。安静，早餐不错。员工很友好和爱帮忙。房间很小不过很干净，适合商务旅行者。酒店的地点很方便，离集市十五分钟的走路时间，离车站 也非常近。街角还有一些优秀的餐厅。

酒店很棒,靠近主要的火车站,但是处于一个相对安静的区域,房间很大很干净,早餐有多样化的选择,员工非常友善且在需要的时候能提供服务

出差是，我在这里的单人间住了一个晚上。房间十分干净而且设施齐全。床十分舒适而且尺寸比单人床大。早餐特别棒而且已经包括在费用里了。下回还会住在这里。到主要车站需要步行大约12分钟。乘坐出租车去机场或是从机场过来大约需要15到20分钟，约30欧元。我的同事要求换房，因为他要的无烟房间却有很大烟味，不过他们对此毫不奇怪。
