酒店位置不错,虽然会员服务和休息室一般。房间中等大小但干净。 我非常喜欢大理石的浴室。 休息室一般。 休息室的食物也没让人留下深刻印象。

我们在这家位于市中心的高档酒店住了两晚。步行5分钟就能到中央商业区,这家酒店明亮、通风,房间很好,有一张舒适的床,一个漂亮的浴室,入住又快又友好。总之是一家很好的酒店。

离购物区很近,步行5分钟到商店。有备货充足的俱乐部酒廊,配备优秀的员工,接待酒店客人进入酒廊,满足其需求。早餐期间,玛格丽塔、莱斯利和乔纳森为你提供优质服务!一定要推荐你在来访法兰克福时入住这里!

我因为商务原因在这家酒店住了两个晚上。这家酒店的位置很好,处于中心位置,而且可以很方便的去konstablerwache地铁站。我们的房间(514)非还不错,很宽敞。床垫儿有点硬,而且枕头也很不舒服,这导致每天早上我们都在疼痛中醒来。在浴室你可以找到基础的洗漱用品——洗发水,护发素,沐浴露,润肤露。我觉得很奇怪,浴室里没有其他的基础洗漱用品提供,像棉签,沐浴帽,而且我明明在客房手推车上看见它们了。更让人不舒服的是,淋浴蒸汽很差,让人有点烦。早餐还好,有很多东西可供选择。我这样评价这家酒店是因为酒店的房间真的需要装修了,它又老旧又昏暗。谢谢观看。

I would like to thank you for taking the time to evaluate your stay with us at the Westin Grand Frankfurt and to share your feedback on Tripadvisor with us. Please accept our sincerest apologies that we were not able to fulfill your expectations and needs and that we fell short to impress you during your stay.
In regards to your feedback concerning the missing toiletries, these amenities are at our property so-called “on call items” and are available through our Service Express Team. Our Service Express Team is more than welcome to provide you these items. Nonetheless, we take your points of criticism very seriously. Be assured that I have already shared your valued feedback with out Executive Housekeeper and our Engineering team to ensure the poor shower stream and low water pressure are looked into and corrected moving forward.
As for your comments on the dated rooms, you might be happy to hear that we are in the planning stage of a renovation and while this is a lengthy process we will continue to train our associates to look at details to ensure that your next stay convinces you of The Westin Grand.
Dear 111Ayelet, once again my apologies that we fell short to impress you during your stay. We take your points of criticism very serious, as constructive feedback is the only way for us to improve the level of service offered to our guests. 我在这家酒店住过很多次,我喜欢那里的地理位置,休息室非常好,我喜欢这里的房间和舒适的环境,不像其他酒店那么奢华,所以最好放松一下,享受一些安静的时间。真的很喜欢这个地方
