我们从新西兰到法兰克福参加IAA车展后，在法兰克福辉盛凯贝丽酒店式公寓住了五个晚上。我们有一间很棒的卧室(706)，在走廊的尽头，所以听不到走廊或电梯的噪音，但其实房间离电梯很近。房间出奇的安静，因为酒店所在的街道非常繁忙，外面正在施工!我通常带着耳塞睡觉，甚至在家里也是一样，不过在这里，我没有戴耳塞。床和床单都很好，很舒服，枕头也很好。不过，一些细节让这个地方从5分降格到4分（满分是5分）：1）空调。房间里有两部空调，一部在卧室，一部在客厅，两部空调都没有明确的制冷或者加温的显示，转动表盘似乎没有任何区别。即使开到最低档，卧室里的风扇声音也太大了，我们不得不在晚上把它们关掉。因此，房间总是比较热，有时在晚上非常热。2）我们需要在客房服务结束后要求补充咖啡和牛奶，酒店应该把基础的设施和服务纳入到日常客房服务的一部分。3）浴缸上方的淋浴间里没有架子存放你想要日常使用的化妆品，结果我们在白天把它们放回马桶上方的盆子和架子上，因为它们不适合放在浴缸的狭窄的边上。4）房间内提供洗碗液、洗碗刷和洗碗袋，但没有茶巾？不知道我们洗盘子的时候该怎么把它们弄干...最后，我们让它们自然风干，用纸巾擦去残留物。就像我说的，这些小事并没有给房间减分，房间干净舒适，工作人员热情友好。我们绝对会再来入住的！

The A/C is a centralized system that cools depending on the outside temperature. In the room there is a little thermostat where you can adjust the intensity of the A/C. We apologize that it was still too week for your preferences.
Regarding the daily room service you are fully right. This service is part of our daily routine by the Housekeeping department. If you had Do Not Distrub in your room then our staff will not enter the room. However if this was not the case, we apologize for this and we are more than happy to bring you whatever you need to your room.

thank you very much for taking the time and writing us your feedback. Firstly we would like to apologize for all the inconveniences that you had throughout your stay. We regret to hear that you had such an experience as this is not what we are trying to deliver to our guests. After some investigation internally you were offered a room that faces the city however we do not have a "skyline" view as this is what you expected. We apologize that this was not what you expected.
Regarding the housekeeping replenishments we do apologize as well. If rooms are on do not disturb we do not enter the room due to privacy reasons. Of course we are more than happy to provide housekeeping service whenever requested and do replenishments like towels etc.
We always try to keep our guests happy however we regret that we failed to do so in your case. We do hope that you will give us another chance in order for us to show you that this was not what our guests are usually expecting.
