我住过的最差的酒店

很棒的酒店

工作人员很友好，酒店的位置很好，离市中心、商店和公共交通站点都很近！行李寄存处可以免费寄存行李，所以你可以把行李寄存起来，更早了解这个城市。它有一个很好的公用客厅，可以用来认识朋友或者和朋友一起玩，还有一个可以让你自己做饭的厨房。卫生指数十颗星。我一定会再回来的！

很棒

这里的员工很友好，床很舒服，位置很不错，靠近市场和地铁站。房间有点小，不过没关系，因为这是在欧洲啦。这里有厨房供游客使用，还不错，但如果厨房有更多厨房用具就好了。

很好

靠近几家商店的好旅馆，例如拐角处的Lidl和附近的酒吧/俱乐部，很容易从旅馆进入市中心。可以从接待处租毛巾等，这很好。房间很大，有你需要的一切。很基本，但物有所值！如果在科隆会再呆在这里

只住一晚的话还可以。

这是一家很普通的旅馆。看起来有点破旧，厨房还可以，但不算很好。宿舍还行，套间还不错，但浴室里有点怪怪的味道，我不确定是不是有什么东西堵住了水管，因为浴室里表面上一切看起来都很干净。就像我说的，只住一晚的话还可以。

Thank you for your stay with us at SMARTY Cologne City Center and for taking the time to give us your valued feedback. We are pleased to read that you enjoyed our fully equipped guest kitchen, as well as our spacious dorm rooms. Nevertheless, we are concerned about your remark regarding the smell that you experienced in your room. We took your comment as an inducement to advise our cleaning personnel to better aerate our rooms before check-in of our guests. Furthermore, we had the pipes in the bathroom checked by an technician who ensured that their clean and proper condition. We hope this did not affect your stay too negatively, we would be more than happy to welcome you again, soon.
