不要认为你将提供某些东西只是因为你付了160€每晚。房间破旧不堪。整个酒店真的需要整修。看我的照片！还有一个不错的早餐厅，上面能看到河的景色。

thank you for taking the time of sharing your impression about your stay at Diehls Hotel. We appreciate feedback – be it positive or negative – as it helps us to improve our product and services. We sorry to read, that we have not been able to meet your expectations in every detail.
But we would also like to mention that the most of our guest- and bathrooms are renovated and modern (90 Percent of the rooms). But you right, not all areas of the hotel has been renovated. But it will be launched in the near future.

酒店就像80年代的样子，急需一场升级。整个晚上火车都使得整座建筑在嘎嘎作响。早餐也一般，餐厅非常非常糟糕。唯一值得保存的部分是湖的景色。

thank you for taking the time of sharing your impression about your stay at Diehls Hotel. We appreciate feedback – be it positive or negative – as it helps us to improve our product and services.
But we sorry to read, that we have not been able to meet your expectations in every detail. And we are sorry that you were bothered by the noise from the train.
On our hompage you can read the fact that the hotel is located right next to railway tracks with trains (on the first page). The railway line behind our hotel is regrettably only for freight trains. The noise was one of our problems, but we did a lot to reduce the noise. Over the years, we have invested significantly in noise protection. We have, for example, had soundproof windows installed and also had the entire building insulated against noise. Since this investment, we were very pleased that a lot of guest hear almost no train noise in the night from inside the room. But if you are sensitive to noise, you could hear the train sometimes.
We would also like to mention that the most of our guest rooms are renovated and modern. But you right, not all areas of the hotel has been renovated. But it will be launched in the near future.

我们刚从莱茵河乘船回来，经过时看到了我们住的酒店。到达酒店又是另一回事了。我们的GPS引导我们走在一条非常窄的步道上，很可能是为行人准备的。我们开车绕来绕去，终于找到了入口。我们在酒店吃的晚饭，食物很不错，但服务很慢。早餐很好吃。因为我知道怎么去那里了我会再来这里入住。我们的房间很漂亮，还能看到莱茵河的景色。火车的噪音一点也没有打扰到我们，房间里还提供了耳塞。

这里员工不友好，而且房价和餐厅区域都需要翻新。我们在这里住得不开心，因为我觉得没有受到应有的欢迎，而且不明白为何这是一家家庭旅馆。晚餐时，我们等菜和饮品等了45分钟。这也导致我们不得不坐车别处吃饭，自从那天以后，我们再也不愿意在酒店吃饭了。除此之外，酒店位置还是挺不错的。

thank you for taking the time of sharing your impression about your stay at Diehls Hotel.
We appreciate feedback – be it positive or negative – as it helps us to improve our product and services.
But we have to make one thing very clear: We are always open to constructive criticism, but this means fair interaction with each other, to deal with others in a respectful manner.
I regret that you felt our staff was not accommodating and helpful. That was surely not intended.
Regarding your comment about the restaurant service: We ask erverybody at Check in, if they would like to reserve a table. So the problem of long waiting doesn’t occur. Without a reservation in our restaurant you may have to wait, depends on how busy we are.
