我们住在这里，周末参观特里尔。酒店位置很便利，正好穿过大黑门。事实上，早餐区/餐厅和一些房间都能看到景色。房间足够大，现代化，干净。酒店的酒吧很贵，停车场的收费也很贵。早餐，我可以把它看作是一个四星级欧式早餐，虽然工作人员可能有点太急于拿走空盘子。我在这里肯定会再住一次。
我们在这里住了两晚。还不错，前台服务很有帮助而且令人愉悦。房间挺大的。我们有一个很好的视野能看到 Porta Nigra。晚上挺安静的。到火车站和市中心Trier只有十分钟的步行路程。我们需要离火车站近一些，所以这个地方对我们来说很好。有一些东西：这是一个挺老的酒店，我们到那里的时候有一股奇怪的味道。我认为他们喷上了香水或者可能是他们的清洁工具的味道，但是这种气味对我来说还是很浓，我的妹妹还因为这种味道很难入睡。而且床也挺硬的，比我们旅行两周以来睡过的所有床都要硬。

为了在尼格拉城大黑门前的餐厅用餐，我们选择了这家酒店。但是到店的时候，我们被告知，因为餐厅已经预订满了，所以没有座位了。但是我们可以在同样正对大黑门的酒吧、咖啡店用餐。到店的时候，被告知这里也预订满了，尽管有些座位根本没有做人。很感谢前台工作人员，帮我们找到了很不错的餐厅。很有趣的是，当我们返回的时候，有些桌子依然没有客人落座。所以我觉得酒店是按照可能出席的顾客安排的座位，而不是按照顾客的需求安排座位。不过，房间很不错，但是早餐不太好，煎鸡蛋太干了。

总是从工作人员那里得到卓越的服务。房间宽敞干净。不过冬天/春天不要住在顶层，因为外温下降很快。加热设施有点旧了，不能充分给这层供暖。这件事发生过在我和我家人身上，那时是2012年12月，不过2014年12月就好多了，因为气温比往常高，然而16/12/2016-18/12/2016这件事又发生了。
