这家小巧精致的酒店绝对是个宝藏！这里的服务，酒店本身和风景都很棒。到酒店的时候，给我们升级到了塔楼，我们能看见阿罕布拉宫和犹太区。早餐是在一个13世纪的地下洞穴里享用，非常好吃新鲜。再一次，服务很棒！我们去哪都可以步行。位置真的很好。停车在几条街以外，但是很好找。如果再来的话我们还会住这！

五年之前我入住过这家酒店，这个月我又回来这里入住了。我惊喜的发现这里现在比几年前我在这里入住的时候要变得更好了。酒店的位置很棒，周围有很多景点，步行就能在这片历史区观光。这里的早餐很棒，前台的工作人员十分热忱的为我们规划旅游线路，给我们提供了很多建议。我们的房间十分干净而且无线网信号很棒也很安全，别的酒店大多数都做不到这一点。我们对这家酒店十分满意。

这家酒店在猫途鹰上的评价很高，所以我们就是这么以为的，虽然我们知道它离酒吧和餐馆很近，但我们不知道它离酒店有多近！吵闹的醉酒者或者狂欢者在我们的窗外一直呆到凌晨4:30，并且两个晚上都是如此。我建议，如果你喜欢睡觉和安静，就不要呆在这里。我感到非常的失望。

Dear Shellstay,
We apologized the fact you had a bit noise in your room despite the two double glaze windows this hotel has in their rooms to avoid even a bit of noise, but we can understand how subjective noisy could be for everyone.
We are located at the city centre, in the middle of the Realejo quarter, one of the older places in Granada. All our rooms are provided with special windows in order to avoid the noise, and sometimes it is neccessary to keep the windows closed because of this reason. For next time you can ask for a room not facing the street, we always try to meet your preferences as far as possible.
However, if noise was so disturbing, you could have called to our Reception Service which is 24 hours at your disposal, but we were never warned about this situation. If we had known that the noise in the street was excessive, we would have called the police, but as you can see, it is really difficult to solve a problem if we are not aware of that.
