I regret that some details have not allowed your stay to be much better. Key cards are sometimes demagnetized if they are put next to an electronic device. And about noise from your neighbour, if next time you are with us it happens again you just have to contact our reception and they will do their best to solve this situation.
Concerning the breakfast not cleared, this is not the reflection of our usual standards, please rest assured your views will be taken into account and actions taken where necessary.
