酒店的地理位置不错，但房间空间狭小。没有冰和冰箱。早餐很好，但是要19.6欧元。我们在当地的一家咖啡馆吃饭，每人才14欧元(虽然我们的早餐可能没有那么丰盛)。床是2张单人床拼在一起组成大床的。浴室里没有架子和储物空间，也没有肥皂盘，所以肥皂和洗发水都会掉在地板上。

First of all, we want to thank you for taking some of your valuable time to let us know your personal opinion about your recent stay at our hotel.
We are glad to know that our situation in our city was good for you, we take pride of our excellent location that allows you to be on the main places of the city in a short-distance walk or with any of the many public transportation of the city.
Thank you for sharing those things you think we can improve in our Hotel, I have already taken note of it in order to improve our guests experience in the future.
Regarding the lack of ice or refrigerator on the room, I will like to inform you that at our Front Desk we can keep anything you need in our fridges and also we can provide of ice for free at any moment of the day, but we will take into consideration to provide of refrigerators on our rooms in the future.
We hope to have a second chance on your part and greet you personally on your next visit to Barcelona.

这是拉玛布拉斯和哥特式区域底部的绝佳位置，我们像往常一样打车去酒店。工作人员真的很有帮助。房间真的很干净。我会再回来这里。这次我们没有吃早餐，但看起来很赞，这个地方无可挑剔

普通的酒店，价格只包含房费（早餐要收20欧元一位）。房间里唯一让人失望的是没有茶水/咖啡设施。酒店的工作人员非常乐于助人。会因为酒店的地理位置很好而推荐这家酒店，步行到哥特区、码头、拉姆布拉和加泰罗尼亚广场都很方便。

Regarding the lack of a tea/ coffee machine on the rooms, I will like to inform you that all our Superior Rooms disposes of this service, but we will take in consideration the possibility to extend it to all our rooms.

不错的地方，有很好的海景，美味的早餐，非常好的位置，干净的房间(108)，高质量，有保险箱，漂亮的化妆品，友好的工作人员，附近的披萨店，餐厅和商店也很方便。我非常推荐这家很棒的酒店!!如果房间里还能有更改进空间的话，我希望有一个水壶。

我们在哥特区的这家小酒店住得很愉快。酒店很安静，因为它在主干道旁，所以步行可至几个景点以及拉兰布拉大街。前台会打印你的登机牌，如果你给他们发pdf。房间里唯一缺少的东西就是迷你冰箱。
