As you know we were most concerned to read your remarks on the service you experienced whilst staying among us, I have been informed by our team members and our front desk manager that the issue with the water leaking was produced by another guest.
Mr. Albertini, we sincerely apologize for this inconvenience and we can guarantee you that all our team members work very hard, striving to surpass guest expectations and we are sincerely sorry that we could not offer you a room change due to the hotel was fully booked.
