Thank you for taking the time to share your opinion about your stay in our Hotel with the TripAdvisor community. We truly appreciate your feedback!
As you said, our hotel finds itself in a fantastic location, in the bottom of La Rambla, right next to the metro station and making it great to visit some of the main sights of the city as Columbus Statue, The Cathedral, the Güell Palace and as well as many restaurants where you can enjoy the Mediterranean gastronomy.
It’s great to read that our staff is so well rated by our guests. We always try to be helpful and professional towards our guests, providing information and tips about this wonderful city. Regarding the rooms, we offer different kind of rooms, from the Basic one, the best option if you’re looking for an economic accommodation in the center of Barcelona to the room 509, the most outstanding room in our hotel.
It would be our pleasure to have you again in our hotel any time you decide to come back to Barcelona. Don’t hesitate to contact us directly; you will be treated as our most important guest. :)

首先非常感谢你们免费升级，工作人员总是特别友好，特别乐于助人，房间很大很整洁很不错，我们的房间每天都会被打扫，他们都是特别棒的清洁工，早餐也很好吃。地理位置相对其他任何地方来说都位于中心地带，一定会再次入住的，谢谢你们的全体员工，希望你们可以继续保持下去👍

这家酒店的位置很优越便利，工作人员也很友好，我们晚上到达酒店的时候，他们发现我们的房间里只有一个小窗户，看不到外面的任何景色，不过我们觉得这没有关系，但是另外的不足之处就是这个房间外面只能看到酒店的服务间，每当清晨来临时，我们会完全不知道外面是在下雨还是晴天，所以我没有看上这个房间（206号房），我们要求前台为我们安排搬到另一个房间，前台满足了我们的要求，给我们换了一个更好的房间，虽然看不到干河（在西班牙用作道路的干涸河床）的风景，但仍然非常漂亮而且很宽敞，里面有一扇漂亮的窗户和一个小阳台，可以远远地欣赏到巴塞罗纳美丽的风景。多亏了这个工作人员，我感觉好多了，非常感谢他的帮助！

We are happy to know that you enjoyed our great location and the great service delivered by our wonderful staff. We regret to hear that you were not satisfied with the first room you checked-in, but we are happy to know that we were able to offer you witha solution.
As you may know, due to the nature of our building, our rooms vary in size and shape and for this reason we offer different room categories. Whilst we are happy to know that you enjoyed our great location, we regret to hear about the problem with the air conditioning. Unfortunately we have no complaints or comments from you about this matter during your stay, which made it impossible for us to find a solution.
At the Arc La Rambla Hotel we are committed to providing excellent service to our guests and I assure you that we regularly perform the necessary maintenance and renovation tasks to maintain the high standards we demand of ourselves.

上周，我们一家四口住在埃尔伯恩附近的一套很棒的公寓里。最后两天我们从布拉瓦海岸回到巴塞罗那，我决定呆在一个有点不同的地方。拉斯兰布拉斯不是我们最喜欢的地方，但我喜欢从阳台往下看。我们家孩子的房间有一个大阳台，可以看到外面的涂鸦和狭窄的街道。我们吃的午餐是从博克特鲁阿市场带回来的。我喜欢感受拉瓦尔。周六晚上，我们在纳明多纳享用了一顿美妙的晚餐后，在一个户外社区派对/音乐会上度过了一夜。我不想一直呆在这里，但是在这里度过几晚再合适不过了。
