Despite we would like to thank you for trusting Dolce Sitges for this stay as well as for reflecting in Tripadvisor your feelings around your experience as our Guest and your evaluation honouring our Hotel, as well as we appreciate your positive feed-back abour our rooms and the cleanliness, we regret not having reached your expectations in service delivery by our Front Desk Team and the challenge you went through with your credit card upon departure and we sincerely apologize for them, since they are very far away from the kind of experiences we would like to provide you!
We will proceed to review the situation with our Front Desk Team, in order to understand your perception, analyze and take appropriate measures for the future.
And with regards to your credit card, we would like to inform you that we have checked that the operation upon your departure was properly done, your credit card company was properly informed and that the reasons for not having returned to your account the money are not linked ot our execution but to bank procedures. We apologize for it and we hope that it has finally been settle by the bank.
