We woud like to inform you that we have a kettle service and the guest has only to request at the front desk, any way your considerations about amenities and the breakfast buffet will be taken into account to keep improving and could offer a better service.

房间里一尘不染，床舒服极了，淋浴也很棒。我们入住了一个面朝大街的房间。但是窗户几乎挡住了所有来自于交通工具的噪音，所以这里很好、很安静。酒店的位置非常好。沿着格兰维亚大道往下走非常方便，如果你向左拐，然后向右拐，就会到达Chamberi，这里有很多酒吧和餐馆——奥拉维德广场绝对值得你在晚上去那里喝一杯酒或是吃一顿饭。毕尔巴鄂地铁站的入口就在酒店的外面，这使得出行非常方便。接待人员总是非常友好，乐于助人。我们一定会再次入住这里。

事事都如意，除了床——这床对我来说太软了，换别人可能会觉得还好。每位接待服务员都非常热心助人。位置超级好——走到Mayor广场只需要走20分钟，Bilbao站就在酒店外面。

我们在这里住了4个晚上。这里的房间小，但很宽敞。还有这里的床上真的很舒服，淋浴间的向日葵喷头也很棒。浴室的装饰有些陈旧，不过还可以接受。酒店的早餐很好，有很多选择，大多数早晨都是提供自助餐。我们入住的时间是下午2点，结果我们在12点到达，房间还在整理中，但是他们替我们保管了我们的箱子，让我们先四处走走……这里的鸡蛋饼很棒。每位员工都很出色…
