We regret to read that we did not meet all your expectations this time.
Our Hotel is well reputed for his Staff and Service mainly upon arrival. The staff is always at the guests’ disposal to give assistance every day of the week and they can speak a proper English.
About the bed, in order to give the best sleep quality to the guests, all the rooms have excellent mattresses characterized by an internal special structure that assure a comfortable and anatomic support.
We feel sorry if it doesn’t seems to be too soft sometimes.
About the tea, we are sorry you couldn’t prepare it by yourself. We want to inform you that we bought kettles for the rooms. In the meanwhile, upon request, our Staff is always available to prepare a tea or a coffee and bring it to the rooms for our guests.
